A Tranquil and Luxurious Oasis

The grounds are fine, offering serene and picturesque landscaping. My room, a Palm Mansion, was beautifully designed and well-appointed, measuring 65 square meters. The balcony provided a relaxing space to sit and view the sea. I found the food always fresh and delicious, especially the offerings at Zest, a restaurant I visited for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I experienced a minor inconvenience with the initial phone call. It was rejected a few times. The representative on the line was unhelpful, though this was a small blip in an otherwise really good experience.

The staff was very kind and helpful, ensuring all needs were met promptly. I noticed senior management present and engaged with guests. Andrei provided perfect assistance as a host, attending to every detail of my stay.

fine room genuine hospitality anticipatory staff

I must say, it was pure perfection, i got treated like royalty! i loved the room, it was fine and so spacious. staff was really good. They anticipated all my needs and also provided warm, genuine hospitality.

the noise from nearby clubs at night was slightly bothersome, it did interrupt my sleep just a little.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and offered me a comfortable seating area during check-in, it felt really cute. they also provided consistent, excellent service throughout my stay and anticipated my needs very well. i am very impressed by their kindness and efficiency.

the hotel include a gym with modern equipment, and a kids club offering various activities, it looked great. the pool area was very calming, offering sunglass cleaning service, and also cucumber slices. access to other restaurants were convenient, thanks to short boat trips.
